A voyeur with a predilection for child pornography who spliced together homemade sex tapes of himself masturbating with a children's Cabbage Patch Doll and videos he secretly recorded of Ottawa children playing was sentenced Thursday to a further two months in jail.

Richard Osborn, 46, had barely finished being sentenced when he told Ontario Court Justice Robert Fournier that he didn't agree with conditions that kept him from possessing adult pornography.

Osborn's complaint came after the judge called him an "unfortunate soul" who seemed genuinely remorseful and humiliated by his crimes.

Osborn was found guilty of possessing child pornography and voyeurism last week after a court heard police found a sex room in his basement containing 19 photo collages including images of naked children, bestiality and adult pornography.
